QualysGuard remediation workflow provides a method for managing the remediation of vulnerabilities through remediation tickets. Ticket creation and state changes occur automatically by the service, triggered by security audits and the remediation policy set by manager-level users. The service automatically verifies vulnerabilities in tickets in subsequent security audits, updating the ticket history for all tickets with changes to the vulnerability status. The QualysGuard platform has out-of-the-box integration with leading third-party ticketing systems.
